In late 2019, Discover® completed a three-year effort that culminated in the relaunch of their ‘Discover Behaviors'—the guiding principles by which the organization expects leaders and employees to conduct themselves. The pandemic introduced some unexpected complications into their rollout plan, which required Discover® to pivot to virtual training followed by a Mindmarker microlearning and reinforcement program.
